I was completely captivated by the album cover but I knew that there is something here far too sinister for it to look too good. Then it hit me. After listening to the whole thing I realized that each track has a purpose. Their sense of individuality as a "track" ceases to exist and has become as a new feminine astral being that has been unified chaotically right before your naked eyes. It is made of a youthful being... Torn into Ribbons. And it will hurt you to its core. 10/10 for this.

Simple Black Metal with great atmosphere. Other than the studio version of "For the Glory of Satan" the live version (digital versions only) really rocks! One of the rare tracks that together with "Gut the church" have burned themselves into my brain and I can't get them out anymore. Heathen Deity might be one of the most underrated BM bands of all times, delivering 2 tracks that should be on every BM playlist.
